Liz Diaz’s career in property management started with a national property management firm. It was with this company that she devoted the next 12 years of her career and expertise in business development and marketing. Liz was assigned to work with one of the firm’s principal clients in Florida, a local land developer and builder. She was responsible to develop a staff to manage each community that was being developed. Liz was also responsible to market and promote each community within her portfolio using various means of marketing outreach including the planning and production of events.   

Later Liz joined the Bristol Management team led by its owners Steve & Nadine Inglis for the next 10 years where she grew with the company and ran the Jupiter office and then moved on to grow the Treasure Coast division. 

Now with over 25 years of property management experience, Liz has founded Avant-Garde Management. She is dedicated to provide her clients with the best service in the industry. In addition to having the Florida LCAM, Liz holds 1 national certification and 2 national designations. She received the highest honor any manager can obtain in 2010, when she passed the Professional Community Association Management exam. Out of the hundreds of thousands of managers, Liz Diaz is now one of the 3000 PCAMS in the entire country.  

About Our Owner

Liz understands the various aspects of community associations as a manager, a property owner living in an association and from a board member’s prospective.  She has served on the board of her own association during the transition from developer to owners and then for several years later.

Liz is married to Will Diaz and has two beautiful children, Alexandra – 24 and Andrew – 21. The Diaz family also includes a personable Belgian Malinois, Lucy and Havanese, Gracie.  When she is not working Liz enjoys volunteering in several non-profit organizations and spending quality time with her family and traveling.
