Avant-Garde Management was established with the mindset to bring back excellent service in the association industry. We are a local family owned and operated management firm with over 20 years of property management expertise.

Our belief in what makes our management company truly different from any other in the surrounding area is our dedication to be part of the community by investing ourselves and in return we are able to deliver "Simply Superior Service".   

We believe in continuous education and our involvement with local governance and the Community Association Institute (CAI). This allows us to keep current in best practices, to be innovative with our solution based approach and to protect our communities from pitfalls.  

As individuals and as a team, we integrate and work well with communities, its volunteer based environment which becomes a vital part of the association. This allows us to understand and assist them in achieving their purpose, goal, value and long-term success.
